The food and service is top notch. We had dosa and roti with Bhindi do pyaja. The food is authentic with lots of flavours. The owner has shown great attention to our needs and crafted the curries as per our taste. I would say that this is the best indian restaurant outside of Sydney.

It’s a gem of a find. An excellent Indian restaurant run by a sweet family. They’d take the utmost care and make sure you enjoy your food. We were tired and hungry after a full days of activities and this was just the place we needed. One of the owner, who also happens to be the chef, ensured that the food is made to our liking. They are gracious, customer centric and no BS people. One of the best Indian restaurants in Australia. We’d be back for sure with a bigger gang and enjoy the food and lovely entrance ambiance.

One of the best Indian food spots on the coast. From crispy dosas to flavour-packed tandoori chicken, chole bhature, and rich goat curry—every dish stands out with its own authentic taste. Highly recommended!

Great Indian food. Dosas are crispy, Goat Hara masala and other curries I tried here were yummilicious, fresh & no added colours. Sambar and chutney were the best in taste.Would highly recommend this place for their taste, hygiene and fresh food. Staff & owner were down to earth.

Loved it! Loved the vibe, the hosts and their food. As a bonus, the chef asked us to taste the Dal Makhani before he served it to us. I highly recommend you to try it out, and do ask them to prepare it with “Indian spice level”

We had dinner at Coastal Heaven and truly enjoyed the experience. The dishes were full of authentic coastal flavours, especially the vegetarian which was fresh and delicious. The ambience was calm and inviting, making it perfect for a family dinner. Staff were courteous and service was prompt. A wonderful place for anyone who loves coastal cuisine.

Came here with my future Wife, two years after our first time at Coastal Heaven. The food was just as good and the service just as we remembered. Will definitely be back the next time we visit. It’s clear now why all the pelicans come together at The Entrance, they’re dying for that lamb vindaloo.

We ordered pakoda, paneer tikka, veg korma, paneer kadai, and dal makhni. All the dishes were delicious and full of flavour, except the dal makhni which was slightly mild. Overall, the food was very tasty and we had a great dining experience.

My family's favourite place for delicious Indian food! We came last year, and we were instantly hooked. We came back the night after. And this year, since we were visiting The Entrance again, we knew we had to come back! Whatever we order has always been outstanding, with a depth of flavour that keeps us scooping for more 😊 We've had the goat curries, palek paneer, tandoori chicken, biryani (a favourite), and naan. All were so tasty. Lastly, the owner is SUCH a lovely person. Her service is second to none, and she even remembered us a year later! 😊 Will come back time and time again!

Visiting The Entrance for the first time, we ate a delicious evening meal at Coastal Heaven. The food was definitely some of the best Indian we have ever tasted. The Goan fish curry was excellent. I was even brought a spoonful of the curry sauce to taste first, to check I liked it. We had a lovely conversation with the female chef who cooked our food. I highly recommend this restaurant.
